My husband ROCKS. I was out with the kids one day and didn’t have anything out or prepped for dinner. My husband said to me “I’ll make dinner tonight.” This was what he came up with, he named it himself too. I am quite the lucky lady to have such an awesome husband!
2 tbs Butter (ghee or clarified for dairy free)
1/4 Onion, Diced
3 Carrots, diced
6 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 lbs Ground Beef
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 Head of Cabbage, diced
- Heat Butter in a large skillet.
- Saute Onions, Carrots, and Garlic.
- Brown the Ground Beef, season with Black Pepper and Sea Salt.
- Once the Beef is cooked add Cabbage. Lower heat to simmer and place lid on for 10 minutes. Stir frequently.
