Makes approximately 96 oz
15 apples
5 pears
5 cups water
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp cinnamon
- Peel, core, and slice the apples and pears and place them in a large pot.
- Add 5 cups of water in the pot (or cover apples about 1/4 of the way with water).
- Add Coconut oil, place lid on top, and turn heat to medium. Allow mixture to boil, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in cinnamon and mash up apples and pears. Take the lid off to allow some evaporation of water. Mixture should apear thick.
- Once it is cooked use blender to mix to desired consistency and pour into mason jars.
