Zucchini Noodles

I get asked a lot “How do you survive without pasta, I would die!” The truth is, I really don’t miss pasta at all. But there are a few meals that need a bed of “noodles” and zucchini makes great “noodles”.

4 Zucchini Squash

1 Tbs Avocado Oil or Olive oil (use lower heat)

Sea Salt

Black Pepper

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

Italian Seasoning

  1. Using a spiral cutter, spiral cut the zucchini.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet. I use avocado oil so I can heat it on high, but olive oil will work with low to medium heat.
  3. Place zucchini in skillet and add sea salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Please forgive me, I have not a clue how much I use of each maybe a dash or two.
  4. Once zucchini is soft remove from heat and serve.
