I get asked a lot “How do you survive without pasta, I would die!” The truth is, I really don’t miss pasta at all. But there are a few meals that need a bed of “noodles” and zucchini makes great “noodles”.
4 Zucchini Squash
1 Tbs Avocado Oil or Olive oil (use lower heat)
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Italian Seasoning
- Using a spiral cutter, spiral cut the zucchini.
- Heat oil in a large skillet. I use avocado oil so I can heat it on high, but olive oil will work with low to medium heat.
- Place zucchini in skillet and add sea salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Please forgive me, I have not a clue how much I use of each maybe a dash or two.
- Once zucchini is soft remove from heat and serve.
