I vowed to my husband that I will never boil our vegetables ever again. The flavor you get from frying them in coconut oil is AMAZING!!!
2 Tbsp coconut oil
3 green onions diced
1/2 cup bacon crumbled
1 lb green beans (fresh or frozen)
onion powder
black pepper
- In a large frying pan set heat to high and melt coconut oil.
- Sauté green onions and bacon for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Add green beans, cover with lid, and stir frequently.
- Once the green beans are cooked sprinkle with onion powder and black pepper. And serve.
