It took me a few times to perfect this one, making fries is an art. It’s hard to cook the fries just right, but once I did my family was extremely happy.
2 Lbs Sweet Potatoes (approx 2 large or 3 small potatoes)
3 tbs Coconut Oil (melted)
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Sea Salt
- Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Slice the potatoes in thin strips (pictured above).
- Place cut potatoes in a ziplock bag and add coconut oil, onion powder, and sea salt. Shake bag to oil and season them evenly.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper (non stick easy clean up). Evenly place the potatoes on the cookie sheet, try and avoid them overlapping as much as possible.
- Cook for 15 minutes at 400 degrees, then 15 minutes at 425 degrees, and then an additional 20 minutes at 450 (Cook for a total of 50 minutes). Enjoy!
