Sweet Potato Fries

Cook Time: 50 Minutes

Servings: 5-6 

It took me a few times to perfect this one, making fries is an art. It’s hard to cook the fries just right, but once I did my family was extremely happy.

2 Lbs Sweet Potatoes (approx 2 large or 3 small potatoes)

3 tbs Coconut Oil (melted)

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Sea Salt

  1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Slice the potatoes in thin strips (pictured above).
  3. Place cut potatoes in a ziplock bag and add coconut oil, onion powder, and sea salt. Shake bag to oil and season them evenly.
  4. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper (non stick easy clean up). Evenly place the potatoes on the cookie sheet, try and avoid them overlapping as much as possible.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes at 400 degrees, then 15 minutes at 425 degrees, and then an additional 20 minutes at 450 (Cook for a total of 50 minutes). Enjoy!
