Pork Verde

I usually pre assemble this meal. I put the pork roast (uncooked) and

all theĀ ingredientsĀ into a ziplock bag and freeze it until I want to

make this meal.

2-3 lbs pork roast

7 oz can salsa verde (omit for nightshade free)

1/2 onion diced

1/4 cup cilantro chopped

black pepper to taste

Put all ingredients in the crockpot on high for 6-8 hours. Top with guacamole if desired.
