Pumpkin Bread

Servings: 2 loaves

1 Cup Almond Flour

½ Cup Namaste Flour

1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

¼ Teaspoon Sea Salt

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Seasoning

4 Eggs

¾ Cup Pumpkin Puree

½ Cup Coconut Milk

1/3 Cup Honey

¼ Cup Pecans (chopped)

¼ Cup Pumpkin Seeds (shelled)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 2 loaf pans with coconut oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl mix Almond Flour, Namaste Flour, Baking Soda, Sea Salt, Cinnamon, Pumpkin Pie Seasoning, Pecans, and Pumpkin Seeds together.
  3. In another bowl mix Eggs, Pumpkin Puree, Coconut Milk, and Honey together.
  4. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together, then distribute evenly in to loaf pans.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
