1 Cup Almond Flour
½ Cup Namaste Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
¼ Teaspoon Sea Salt
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Seasoning
4 Eggs
¾ Cup Pumpkin Puree
½ Cup Coconut Milk
1/3 Cup Honey
¼ Cup Pecans (chopped)
¼ Cup Pumpkin Seeds (shelled)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 2 loaf pans with coconut oil.
- In a mixing bowl mix Almond Flour, Namaste Flour, Baking Soda, Sea Salt, Cinnamon, Pumpkin Pie Seasoning, Pecans, and Pumpkin Seeds together.
- In another bowl mix Eggs, Pumpkin Puree, Coconut Milk, and Honey together.
- Mix the wet and dry ingredients together, then distribute evenly in to loaf pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
