This meal is so easy and tastes like you ordered it from a restaurant. Such a great variety of flavors hidden in this dish. You can throw it together last minute or marinate it for hours for more flavor. You can also freeze it while it’s marinating to have a preassembled meal for another day.

1.5-2lbs Pork Chops, thinly sliced

1 orange, juiced

2 tbs Balsamic Vinegar

1 tbs Rosemary, loose leaved and fresh if possible

3-4 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary

1/2 Onion, sliced

8 Cloves Garlic, minced

1 tsp Black Pepper

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Avocado Oil (for cooking)

  1. Place all of the above ingredients(minus the avocado oil) in a bowl or ziplock bag to marinate. You can marinate it for hours or for 5 minutes depending on your time frame.
  2. Place 2 tbs avocado oil in a pan and cook on medium to high heat.
  3. Place pork chops and marinate (with rosemary sprigs) in pan and cook on medium-high heat for 5 minutes, then flip them and cook for another 5 minutes, with the lid off.
  4. Turn heat to low-med and simmer with the lid on for 10 minutes, flip as needed.
