Rosemary Chicken

Prep time: 5 Minutes

Cook time: 6-8 hours 

This meal is made with a few simple ingredients with little to no prep time. It is quite possible the easiest meal I have very made. I love meals that are healthy and give me more time to play with my family.

1 whole fryer chicken

2 cups chicken broth

1 onion, sliced

10 cloves garlic, minced

2 lemons (one juiced and one sliced)

4-6 rosemary branches (not sure what that equates to in tbs)

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp black pepper

2 tbs butter or ghee (optional)

  1. Place all of the above ingredients in crock pot.
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours, then on low for an additional 2-4 hours
