I love easy prep meals. This meal takes some prior planning but takes minutes to prepare. Put the pork in the crock pot the night before or the morning of the meal (if it is not frozen). It will be tasty, juicy, and fall apart on it’s own.
2-3 lbs Pork Butt
1 Red or White Onion, diced
1/2 cup (2 lbs pork) OR 3/4 cup (3 lbs pork) Spicy Brown Mustard
8 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbs Black Pepper
1/2 tbs Sea Salt
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Honey drizzled on top of Pork Roast (approx 2 tbsp)
- Place onions on the bottom of crock pot.
- Place Pork Roast on top of onions and put the rest of the ingredients in the crock pot, drizzling the honey over the Pork last.
- Cook on high for 8-12 hours or on low for 12-24 hours.
