These cookies are so good, I don’t miss cookies made with wheat flour anymore. I have never seen 2 dozen cookies disappear so quickly before.
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp vanilla
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips
3 cups blanched almond flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
- Preheat oven to 350, grease a cookie sheet or use a silicone cookie sheet
- Measure out and melt the coconut oil, then mix in honey and vanilla.
- Add in sea salt and baking soda, mix well.
- Put chocolate chips in and add one cup of almond flour at a time, and lastly add the coconut flour.
- Using your hands make cookies into balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
