If you have a blender this will become a favorite dessert in your family. Top your Banana Swirl with your favorite toppings (blueberries, strawberries, pineapples) or eat it plain. You can’t go wrong it tastes like ice cream only much healthier and so easy to make.
4-5 peeled and frozen bananas (their ripeness doesn’t matter).
1/4 cup coconut milk
- Place the frozen bananas in the blender.
- Add coconut milk
- Blend until smooth. (Some blenders will do better by replacing one frozen banana with a room temperature banana. Blend the room temperature banana and coconut milk together and then add in frozen bananas until smooth.)
