I have been making this for a while now and realized today that I have never written out the recipe. This recipe is so tasty and easy to make, it looks fancy too. The chicken can be made frozen so there is zero prep time. Spend a little time in the kitchen and impress your guests.

Ingredients:

6-8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (fresh or frozen)

onion powder

Italian seasoning

black pepper

parmesan cheese

12-16 strips of bacon (raw)

mozzarella cheese (I use string cheese)

  1. Place chicken in a pan and cook chicken completely. Once it is cooked, take chicken out of the pan and drain the fluid.
  2. Season chicken with onion powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and parmesan cheese.
  3. Once chicken is seasoned wrap each piece with one or two bacon strips.
  4. Place bacon wrapped chicken back in the pan and cook on medium heat until bacon is brown and crispy and then flip the chicken to cook the other side of the bacon. Don’t flip it too early or the bacon will not stay on the chicken.
  5. Once the bacon is cooked reduce to low heat and top each piece of chicken with mozzarella cheese. Cover with a lid and allow the cheese to melt.
