Pickled Meatballs

Cook time: 15-20 minutes

I know this one sounds a little strange, but trust me it is good. If you like pickles on your hamburger, you’ll love this. My kids loved it, my 3 year old said it was one of the best meals I have ever made.

2 Lbs ground beef

1/2 red onion, diced

1 cup spinach, sliced

1 zucchini, diced

1 1/2 cup dill pickles, diced

1 tbs black pepper

dash sea salt

  1. Place defrosted ground beef in a large mixing bowl; add in onions, spinach, zucchini, pickles, black pepper, and sea salt.
  2. Manually mix in all ingredients and make meat into small meatballs.
  3. Heat large skillet and cook meatballs on medium heat until browned.
